What is Coded Minds' iSTEAM Labs?iSTEAM Labs is the name of Coded Minds' Before and Afer School programs. We are inspired by inquiry play-based learning, creative iSTEAM experiences, and Growth Mindset explorations. These philosophies assist children, youth, and educators in building digital fluency, emotional intelligence, and creative thinking skills. This is the base for developing a diverse community of capable lifelong learners that will lead our future.

Can I apply for a government child-care subsidy if I use Coded Minds iSTEAM Labs services?Yes, you can. More information on how to do it can be found on the Alberta government website.

How do I apply for iSTEAM Labs?Super easy. Go to our iSTEAM Labs page, select the program you wish to apply for (Banting and Best, Eric Harvie, Ramsay, Simons Valley or Tuscany). At the program's page, click on the REGISTER NOW button at the top of the page. Follow the instructions and wait for us to contact you. If you have any questions, feel free to Contact Us.

Do you have waiting lists, if your program is full?Yes, we have and we contact parents whenever a spot is available.

Does Coded Minds have a list of program activities?Indeed we have! These are sent weekly to parents as a part of our program's newsletter, as our programing is child-led and ever evolving to adapt to children’s needs.
